Festival Site Address California Avenue & Avenue D San Francisco, CA 94130 Locate it on Yahoo! maps Although there is free parking that's walking distance from the festival, the parking lots on the actual festival grounds is permit parking only. The loading/unloading area is behind the performance stage. Please have the parking staff guide you to the appropriate parking areas. Free Shuttle to Race Site 1) San Francisco Chinatown: Kearny Street and Jackson Street. Please look for the Dragon Boat Festival Shuttle Sign. 2) Powell Street BART/MUNI Station: Take BART or MUNI to the Festival! Shuttles leave from the San Francisco Marriott at 55 4th Street, corner of 4th and Mission.   MUNI (San Francisco Municipal Transit)  Treasure Island is serviced by the San Francisco MUNI 108-Treasure Island bus line. The 108 line departs for Treasure Island from the Transbay Terminal (Mission St. @ Fremont St. in downtown San Francisco) approximately every 20 minutes. For more information on schedule and fare rates please visit http://www.sfmuni.com/. Driving Directions and Festival Parking  There is FREE parking available on Treasure Island. From 101 South: - US-101 North - I-80 EAST - Take exit 4A on the left for Treasure Island onto Treasure Island Road - Continue on Palm Avenue - Turn Right at California Avenue - Turn Left at Avenue D From 880 South: - I-80 WEST Towards San Francisco - Take exit 4A on the left for Treasure Island onto Hillcrest Road - Continue on Treasure Island Road - Continue on Palm Avenue - Turn Right at California Avenue - Turn Left at Avenue D Please observe all posted on-Island speed limits. From there, follow the road past the main gate / guard station to California Avenue and turn right. From there, you will be directed by parking staff to the appropriate parking lots. |
